TERMS OF PURCHASE
Ordering
Products can be ordered via the webshop www.estancia.se or directly to customer service. In order to shop and see agreed prices, you must first register and create an account. Estancia AB does not take responsibility for passwords that end up in the wrong hands. Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your contact details being saved in our customer register. Estancia AB does not enter into agreements with minors (under 18) without the guardian's approval. Estancia AB reserves the right for errors in information and errors in specification, on all products and services in Estancia's assortment. All image information should be seen as illustrations, and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and condition of the item. In the event of any inaccuracies in indicating the availability of the product, Estancia reserves the right to correct this afterwards. This means, among other things, that if a product in Estancia's range has been discontinued or for some other reason is not available, Estancia is not obliged to provide such product.
Delivery conditions
Stock goods are normally sent out the same day and ordered goods are normally sent within 2-5 days or according to order confirmation. Orders with a value over SEK 4,000 are delivered free of charge within Sweden. A shipping cost is added to orders under SEK 4,000.
Goods reception
On arrival of the goods, make sure to check that the goods have arrived at the correct address, that the number of parcels received corresponds to the waybill and that the goods are not damaged. In the event of damaged or missing goods, the Customer must ensure that this is noted on the transport company's waybill/handheld computer and report this to Estancia's customer service as soon as possible, but within 5 working days at the latest in order to request compensation.
Godsmottagning
Vid ankomst av varorna se till att kontrollera att godset kommit till rätt adress, att mottaget antal kolli överensstämmer med fraktsedeln samt att godset inte är skadat. Vid skadat eller saknat gods måste Kunden se till att detta noteras på transportbolagets fraktsedel/handdator och snarast anmäla detta till Estancias kundtjänst, dock senast inom 5 arbetsdagar för att kunna begära ersättning.
Complaints/Returns
To return ordered products, contact Estancia's customer service within 5 working days for agreement. Returns of incorrectly ordered items are only accepted after approval by Estancia. All items must be undamaged in their original packaging. Approved return is credited with the value of the goods reduced by a handling cost and shipping / return cost. ATTENTION! Do not write on the product's packaging, but attach the information on a separate document.
Prices
Stated prices in the webshop, price lists, quotations, order confirmations and invoices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The prices are those valid at the time of the order, with the exception of other agreements or an order confirmed price. Shipping and may be added according to the terms of delivery. For larger quantities, we are happy to offer quotations.
Payment terms
Estancia applies 15 days net from the invoice date. After the due date, reminder fees and late payment interest of 10% are charged. Ownership of sold goods is reserved by Estancia until full payment is received.
Personal data
Estancia is the personal data controller for the information you provide as a customer. Your information is used so that we can fulfill our commitments to you and provide you with good service. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact our customer service.
force majeure
We consider ourselves released from the obligation to fulfill said agreement in the event of a natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, strikes, computer breakdowns and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided.
